This exceptional Sugar Gum honey is sourced from plantations of Eucalyptus cladocalyx (commonly known as Sugar Gum) in the Western District of Victoria.
The result is a highly unique honey with distinct flavours of butterscotch and nougat.
We carefully transport our beehives to this region each March and April to coincide with the flowering period of this unique eucalyptus species, ensuring the purest nectar collection.
